Proposed Data to Read and Reflect: July 1-6
CHAPTER 19-26

a. If I will to organize the 100th Year Anniversary of The Little Prince Publication, my Little Prince-related activities would be related to the life of an animals because as our condition today, many people killed animals in order to survive from hungriness. They killed many animals to be used as a supply product.
b. The Little Prince have the adult quantity of being an adult minded . He understand many thing that an adult can understand. He also give advises whenever someone needs it. The child-like quantity is he is sometimes very curios about other things. And also he acts like a child way he think.
c. The Antoine de Saint Exupery novel is related to a man’s world where he has his own planet or a story of life. Many problems, enjoyable, and many question needs answers.
d. The Little Prince feel as gently as a tree fall after he was taken by a snake and the pilot saw his face it was white because he was bitten by a snake. Later, he sat down because he is afraid. The little prince remained motionless for an instant and then he did not cry out.
e. It is related to our life because when we have problems especially when we’re afraid, we hide our feelings to the people or pretend that we are okay but deep inside we are afraid.
f. The important message or truth about life that can we get from the following lines:
1. The message of this line “It is only with the heart that one can see rightly,
what is essential is invisible to the eye.” It tells us that never judge a person or a thing by its physical figure because we don’t know what is the person’s real attitude. Some people are beautiful but they have bad and worst attitude.
2. “I am responsible for what I have tamed”, said the fox. This means that not only people but also the animals need love and care. It tells that we have the responsible to love and to take good care of the people and animals because they need it.
3. “Words are the source of misunderstanding.” It tells that we must be careful of our words whenever we are talking somebody because we don’t know the words that we have said that it is a big insult to a person you are talking.
4. “What makes the dessert beautiful is that somewhere it hides its well.” Its means that the dessert is a quite place. Sees nothing, hears nothing and the one that makes the dessert beautiful. A silent and quite place. And if it is very hot, still there a chance to live. Its just like you thought that you don’t have anymore a chance but still you have.
5. “I thought I was rich with one flower, that was unique in all the world ; and all I had was a common rose .” It tells that we are wrong that having a things that unique, we are already contented. But we are happy with the simple thing or common.
6. “if you love a flower that lives on a star, it is sweet to look at the sky at night.” It tells that when you misses someone, you want to see him/her again.

chapters 10-18 1-Galileo

A. the king uttered the line, the real life significant of the line is, if you are a leader of a team you should give your members the duty that they can only do.

B. it means it is verry difficult to judge our self, because we think that we are already perfect thats why it is difficult for us to jude our self, but it is verry easy for us to judge others because we can think that they are not perfect.

C. conceited people are people who thinks that they are perfect. they think that all people around them admires them and praise them . they actually dont suffer from hearing problems, they just want dont want to hear people disadmiring them

D. the irony of that line is that some adults drinks liquior so that they can forget their problems, but that does not affects their problems.

E. the businessman want to be rich,because in time if some ever discover the stars he want to them buy, in real life people would work so that, the things that they like they can buy it and have it.
and they are not contented with what they have.

F. the meaning of that line is, if we are ordered to do something we should do it without complains and with an open heart to accept it. like our parents they always want that they are obeyd by us and we dont have the right to complain to it.

G. he describe the lamplighter as a hardworking person and a person that always follows the rules given to him,without any complains, yes i do agree to how the little prince describe the lamplighter, because the lamplighter is a truly hardworking person and that is a good follower of instructions, and its a good thing that theres a person thinking of something else beside himself. everyone should think of others before their self.

H. the adults are verry serios in their lifes they dont let time pass by. the geographer is so serios on his works.

I. he describe it as a verry over populated planet, because of the people on it. i would describe earth as a place full of unexpected things going on. things that are verry real from reality.

J. he is verry powerful because he can kill the king with just one bite. and when he talks he always say it in riddles.because he loves to confuse people

K. the reflection about life. is if we follow commands without complains and accepting it with an open heart then the order will be easier to make, and even how hard we try to make our selves perfect we can`t accomplish it. in life we should learn in out mistakes. and that we should think for others before our self, and no matter how hard can life be, we should be thankful that god created us, and no matter what obtacles struggles our life we should stay strong, no matter what other people think of us we just dont listen and be our self.

chapters 1-9

A. The pilot's life was affected affected very much because he was been disheartened because he failed in his Drawing Number One and Drawing Number Two. The pilot said that grown-ups never understand anything by themselves,and it was tiresome for children to be always and forever explaining things to them. For me, adults treat children like a small toy. Once they was finished with it they will just throw it and have another toy. They never understand children's feelings. They give critisisims which hurt the feelings of children so much.
B. The pilot drew the exact sheep wanted by the little prince by drawing a sheep inside a box. It tells me that children like things that will stay forever. They like it to last longer. C. Nobody belives the turkish astronomer because he was in Turkish costume. Grown-ups are very serious and meticulous. They want persons to be formal and smart-looking so that they can understand and believe.
D. The grown-ups describe a house that is beautiful when it cost much or it is expensive. Grown-ups are money- matter persons. They describe a thing that is nice according to its price.
E. A baobab is a tree big as a castle that spreads over the entire planet and it split into many. Baobab aspect a very dangerous life. They are very big and they are quite dangerous because of there size.
F. The little prince reacted relentlessly. He said that the pilot act like a grown-up. He reacted that way because he thought that the pilot acts like grown-up and he is very angry. G. It means that it is the place where the flower live alone with no companion H. The volcanoes aspect a very quiet and safe life. It is not like baobab that is big but it is small instead.
I. The flower said that she must endure the presence oftwo or three caterpillarsif she wish tobecome acquaintedwith the butterflies. The significant message of is that flowers depend on their own. They make ways in order to survive.
J. The context behind the line was ythat the flower coughed because she want to prove that the she is responsible for her self and she doesn't need the help of him. The characteristic of the statement was that it is a very dependable one. It is seen in real life like that flowers are strong and can be responsible for their selves.
K.The relationship of the little prince to the flower was they were bestfriends in their planet. The little friends take care of her.
